Nikolaus Wandinger

Appearance

Dr. Nikolaus Wandinger was born in 1965 in Bavaria, Germany. He studied philosophy and theology at the University of Innsbruck, the University of San Francisco and the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA. In 2002 he completed his studies with a doctoral thesis on the concept of sin in the theologies of Karl Rahner and Raymund Schwager and its implications for a Christian anthropology.

Nikolaus Wandinger currently is involved in teaching and research (Research Project: Relig-ion, Violence, Communication, World Order) at the Institute for Systematic Theology in Innsbruck. He gave guest lectures in Dublin, London and Tuebingen and participated in several congresses (among them COV&R 2003 & 2004). For further information please refer to:
